  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots

  • 1 cup of diced cooked chicken (optional)

  • 2 beaten eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)


  1. Grate the cauliflower using a cheese grater or a food processor.
