This routine will ensure you stay on track toward your goals.
1. STRETCH & MOVE
Stretch the places that need it most.
Move the joints that need it most
Squats, Push Ups, Airplanes calf raises. Do whatever works for you. Perform a set of each until you have felt some blood move into the area.
You don't have to go too crazy
2. TIDY UP
Make the bed and tidy up your space.
It will give your body and mind space to think and operate within.
Easy first win of the day.
3. BREATHING, MEDITATION &/or PRAYER
Sit or lie down on your yoga mat or pillow.
Begin by simply breathing, controlling your breath and becoming aware of your body and mind.
Once comfortable you may have a targeted or untargeted meditation &/or prayer session. (more on this in another blog)
4. JOURNAL: GOALS AND GRATEFULNESS
List 3 things you are grateful for and why.
This routine injects positivity into your mind, leaving less room for negativity in the noggin.
Reading, reviewing, and writing down any goals that you have set for yourself for the next 1-3 months. This will help you stay the course. If you have none, now is a great time to write 'em down ;)

5. OPTIONAL WALK
10 minute walk to further sort think about the day before it starts.
